Work Experience

TYCIA Foundation (Turn Your Concern Into Action), Co-Founder, Oct 2010 - Current

Co-founded and built TYCIA Foundation into a multi-state civil society organization operating at the intersection of poverty, justice, and human agency. Led the growth of a 56-member team and raised and deployed over USD 5 million across education, legal empowerment, mental health, livelihoods, and direct assistance programs. Designed and implemented agency-restorative interventions in partnership with state governments, prison administrations, and community institutions, serving thousands across conflict-affected regions, prisons, and marginalized communities in India.

Fundable, Co-Founder, 2022 - Current

Co-founded Fundable to decentralize and democratize philanthropy through trust-based, person-to-person giving between the Global North and Global South. Leads strategy, fundraising, and long-term institutional sustainability, designing direct wealth-transfer models that minimize intermediaries while strengthening dignity, accountability, and donor–recipient continuity. The work integrates behavioral economics, trust architecture, and platform design to reimagine cross-border philanthropy.
